Latest to publish Saville material is David Schutte. He is intending to publish the full scripts of Malcolm Saville's radio serialisations starting with Mystery at Witchend in June 2008.
This will be followed next year by Seven White Gates and The Gay Dolphin Adventure.
The books will be hardbacks and will have full colour dustwrappers. Mystery at Witchend will also have a black and white frontispiece by the dustwrapper artist Val Biro, renowned and respected in the world of professional illustration and design during his long career.
(If you think all his work is like his fun-filled Gumdrop series - think again and look at the examples of his work on David's site !)
The first 100 of the trade editions will be numbered and signed by Val Biro and by David Schutte.

David is also a well-respected second-hand and antiquarian book dealer who issues lovely illustrated catalogues regularly. He has also published more than sixty of the Jennings radio scripts and is launching the William scripts soon as well.

Several excellent second-hand book dealers are listed on the Malcolm Saville Society site, but one of the best isn't, Bygone Books run by my old friends Gordon and Jen French. They appear at bookfairs around and about and are PBFA members, They are friendly and helpful and have, over the past ten years or so, assisted me greatly with my collections. Indeed, if it weren't for their encouragement I doubt if I'd have published this lot yet !!

Children's Books and other Author sites

They have pages on Malcolm Saville and on the Lone Pine Series as well as pages on dozens of other authors.

Folly magazine is an amusing and lighthearted magazine produced three times a year, and containing a range of articles about children;s literature.
